In 2004, I started my own website/software consulting firm with the name of 7net
Technologies, (later renaming it to Bir Infosys, in 2009), I
majorly focused on Customized Database Solutions, typically involving MS Access,
MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Most websites/desktop applications were for
small-to-medium sized companies.
I build one website/desktop application at a time, and my only concern is making
sure it is done in right manner. I use latest industry's standards, along with
common-sense development approach that I have developed over 6 years. I spend
time to understand your business, so together we can come up with the best
solution.
I spend most of my time in designing websites and managing desktop application
development, leaving most of the coding responsibilities to the rest of the
team. I also have some offshore employees, but I always keep myself uptodate
with development process, from coding to deployment. I personally give a look
at code being written on a timely basis, as i m scared of surprises. I am
responsible for the final testing of each project, so you can expect to receive
a website/application in working condition.
As I have mentioned previously, building customized & database centric
websites/software applications is an intellectual endeavor. There is little need
for office setup. Most of my clients are from different locations, so little
face-to-face meetings occur @ my work place. Therefore, for the majority of the
last 6 years, I have worked from my home office. I visit occasional on-site
during the start, somewhere in between and on completion of the project. As one
of my clients always says, "the great thing is one can always find you in the
office".
In July 2010, Bir Infosys has earned ISO 9001 – 2008 certification with quality
and performance which makes our services different and better than our
competitors. Bir Infosys has proved, [by winning Exellence
Award for Best Web Design Company Award 2010-2011, in its region], that the
company is bounded to give the services to its clients with more quality,
performance, accuracy and standards than the expected standards of the above
certificate.
